About me.

Hello there! My name is Alexis Boone, and I’m a voice-over artist in my early thirties.
I began my expressive journey in a grade school choir at an early age. Throughout the years, I’ve enjoyed using my voice to guide and teach others throughout life in a calm and supportive manner.
People in my life have complimented me on the sound of my voice and always encouraged me to utilize it for work, and I’m thankful to be doing that in my life today!
Over the last few years, I’ve decided to get serious and receive voice-over coaching from the wonderful Rachel Alena and acting lessons from the equally talented Kasha Fauscett at GMP.
I’m excited to work with you to bring whatever it is that matters to you with the world with my voice! Whether it’s your stories, personal or fictional, products large or small, educational materials for any level or anything else you’d like me to bring to life!

I use an Audio-Technica AT2020 Condenser Studio Microphone with an XLR connection alongside a Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen audio interface. I use Adobe Audition to record and clean up files as needed.

I’ve invested in a Koetic Eyeball for my microphone to isolate sound, alongside some audio engineering I do in Adobe Audition to go a step further to remove minor room noise. Furthermore, I plan to convert a walk in closet into a professional recording booth in the future as I gain experience! Once I do, I shall add photos here for transparency.
